Now ArivaControl supports direct control & text-input from PC keyboard!

After connection to Ariva, click KeyHandler button. A small window of KeyHandler will appear on the screen. When this window is active & on top, we can use keyboard features.

We have two work-modes of KeyHandler:
-NAVMODE (red background) - navigation&steering
-INPUTMODE (green background) - direct input characters from keyboard

Bindings of keys in NAVMODE:
> "cursors" = cursors of RCU (whitch includes channel+/- and volume +/-)
> "-" = volume-
> "+" = volume+
> "Enter" = ok/list
> "Page Up" = page up
> "Page Down" = page down
> "0-9" = 0-9
> "M" = menu
> "I" = info
> "G" = guide
> "P" = pvr
> "S" = mute
> "F" = fav
> "F1" = red button (text)
> "F2" = green button (audio)
> "F3" = yellow button (subtitles)
> "F4" = blue button (find) WITH automatic switch to INPUTMODE
> "F5" = <<
> "F6" = |>
> "F7" = ||
> "F8" = >>
> "F9" = stop
> "F10" = rec
> "F11" = ratio
> "F12" = edit (white button)
> "Home" = blue button (find) (without switching to INPUTMODE)
> "Backspace" = back
> "Escape" = back
> "Insert" = switch to INPUTMODE

Bindings of keys in INPUTMODE:
> "0-9" = input characters 0-9
> "A-Z" = input characters A-Z (only upper case)
> "space" = input space
> "Backspace" = backspace (delete last single character)
> "Enter" = blue button (find) & switch to NAVMODE (=accept input)
> "Escape" = back & switch to NAVMODE (=cancel input)
> "End" = switch to NAVMODE

For example -> you want to search something on youtube: When in NAVMODE open menu (M), then using cursors and Enter go to youtube, press F4 (will switch to INPUTMODE and open search) and simply type your query using keyboard (and backspace). Press Enter for accept (will accept search and change program mode to NAVMODE) or Esc to cancel. It is very comfortable.
